Who it suits
Bonding is the most requested cosmetic treatment in the practice. It suits small, precise corrections beautifully — and where it is the wrong answer, I will say so and explain what would serve you better.
How treatment works
Photographs, a full examination and an honest conversation about whether bonding, whitening or alignment should come first.
Shapes and lengths are planned digitally or in wax so you see the proposed result before anything is placed on a tooth.
Two to three hours for six to ten teeth, layered by hand and shaped in the mouth. No laboratory, no temporaries, no drilling of healthy enamel in most cases.
A review two weeks later to polish and refine. Polishing is what separates natural bonding from bulky bonding, and it is never rushed here.

Bonding is priced per tooth, and most cosmetic cases cover the six upper front teeth. Our fees are published on the fees page, and you receive a written figure at the consultation before committing to anything.
In most cases nothing is drilled away — the composite is bonded to the existing enamel. That is a large part of its appeal: if you later choose porcelain, the tooth underneath has been preserved.
Five to seven years at its best for most people, longer with good hygiene and a nightguard if you grind. It is repairable, so a chipped edge is added to rather than remade.
Yes. Composite does not lighten, so whitening is done before bonding and the shade is matched to your brighter teeth. We plan the order at the consultation.
