The preview

The wear

Aligners are worn twenty to twenty-two hours a day and changed on schedule. Reviews are spaced so treatment fits around work rather than interrupting it.

The retention

Retainers are not optional — they are how the result survives. Fitting, replacement and long-term retention are discussed at the start, not sprung on you at the end.

How much is Invisalign in Twickenham?

How long does it take?

Mild cases often finish in four to six months; fuller cases take twelve to eighteen. You are given an honest estimate from the plan, not a marketing figure.

Does it hurt?

Pressure and tenderness for a day or two after each new aligner is normal and fades. Most people describe it as an odd tightness rather than pain.

Will it show?

Aligners are clear, but small tooth-coloured attachments are often needed to move teeth accurately. They are visible close up and invisible in conversation.
