    01

    Opening and appointments

    When does Sunny Dental open?

The practice at 2 London Road, Twickenham is in its final fit-out and opens soon. The confirmed opening date will be announced on the opening page and by email to everyone on the launch list — join it and you will hear first, with early access to appointments.

Can I enquire before the practice opens?

Yes. The enquiry form, phone and WhatsApp are all answered now. Send us what you would like to change about your smile and we will come back to you personally — there is no obligation and no charge for enquiring.

    What are the opening hours?

Hours will be confirmed with the opening date and published on the contact page. Standard hours are expected to be weekdays nine to five; anything different will be shown there first.

    Do you see nervous patients?

Very happily. Longer appointments mean nothing is rushed, everything is explained before it happens, and you can stop at any point. Sedation is also available for patients who want it — see the dental sedation page.

    02

    Getting here and parking

    Where is the practice?

Sunny Dental is at 2 London Road, Twickenham, London TW1 3RY — about five minutes on foot from Twickenham station. The 281, H22 and 110 buses stop on London Road, a moment from the door.

    Is there parking nearby?

Yes. Arragon Road car park is around two minutes' walk away, and there are pay-and-display bays on and around London Road. Full directions, bus routes and parking details are on the contact page.

Which areas do you see patients from?

Most patients come from Twickenham, Richmond, Kingston, Teddington, Hampton, St Margarets, Whitton, Isleworth and across Surrey — anywhere a short, easy journey beats a trip into central London.

    03

    Insurance and payment

    Do you accept dental insurance?

Sunny Dental is a private practice and does not contract directly with insurers. Many patients with dental cover claim their fees back from their insurer afterwards — we provide itemised receipts and any paperwork your policy needs. Check with your insurer what your plan covers before treatment.

    Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available for larger treatments such as implants, veneers and Invisalign, so costs can be spread. The options are explained in writing before you agree to anything, and the full fee list is published on the fees page.

    How much does treatment cost?

Every approved fee is published on the fees page — consultation, bonding, veneers, implants, aligners, whitening and hygiene. You receive a written plan with exact fees before any treatment starts, and nothing is done without your agreement.

    Is the consultation really complimentary?

For new private patients, the initial cosmetic consultation is complimentary as part of the opening launch, subject to availability. It carries no obligation to proceed with treatment.

    How we are different

Do I need to go to Harley Street for this standard of care?

No. What people are really buying on Harley Street is a named dentist, unhurried appointments, careful digital planning and a natural finish — all of which Dr Sunny offers at 2 London Road in Twickenham, without the cross-town journey, the central London parking charge or the half-day off work. Fees are published up front, and every plan is written out before treatment starts.

Will I see the same dentist every time?

Yes. Dr Sunny assesses, plans, treats and reviews you himself — the same dentist at the consultation, the treatment and every review, rather than a rota of associates.

Is Sunny Dental part of a chain or affiliated with Harley Street?

No. Sunny Dental is an independent practice owned by Dr Sunny in his home town of Twickenham. The Harley Street comparison describes a standard of care — a named dentist, unhurried appointments and careful planning — not an affiliation with any clinic there.

    Do you offer NHS treatment?

No, Sunny Dental is a fully private practice. That is what allows longer appointments, in-house planning and a single clinician throughout your care.
