Photographs, a full examination including gums and bite, and a proper discussion of options. You leave with a written plan and no pressure to book anything on the day.

I am very nervous — is that a problem?
Not at all. A large part of the practice is people who have avoided dentistry for years. Nothing happens in a first appointment except talking and looking, unless you ask for it.
