Cookie Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember things between pages and visits, and to understand how the site is being used.

What this site uses

• — Essential storage: needed for the site to work — keeping your place in a form, holding a signed-in session for practice staff, and protecting forms from abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
• — Preference storage: remembers small choices you make, such as dismissing a message, so the site does not repeat itself.
• — Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, only if you choose "Accept analytics" in the banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. Your choice is stored locally on your device and is not shared with advertising networks.
• — Embedded map: the Google Map in our location section is served by Google and may set its own cookies when it loads. If you do not want that, you can use the written address and directions instead of loading the map.

What we never do

We do not build advertising profiles, we do not share anything with advertising networks, and we do not sell any information collected through this site. Nothing you type into the Smile Advisor or Smile Goals Planner is stored in a cookie.

Changing your mind

You can change your analytics choice at any time: clear this site's cookies in your browser settings and the banner will appear again the next time you visit, letting you accept or decline afresh.

Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time — every major browser offers this under privacy or site settings. Blocking essential storage may stop parts of the site, such as our forms, from working correctly.

Guidance on managing cookies in any browser is available from the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
