Who it suits
The existing denture, gum health, bone, medical history and cleaning ability all matter. A new conventional denture may be enough; fixed treatment is not automatically the better choice.

How treatment works
We examine denture fit, gums and bite, then use 3D imaging where implant treatment is being considered.
Conventional, implant-retained and fixed options are compared for surgery, cleaning, maintenance, time and complete cost.
If suitable, implants are placed and allowed to heal according to the planned protocol before loading.
The denture and attachments are fitted, adjusted and placed on a continuing maintenance schedule.
Fees
The approved guide fee is per arch. Imaging, any grafting, the denture design and maintenance requirements are confirmed in the written plan.

The number depends on the arch, bone, design and forces. A lower denture may use a small number, but no number should be promised before assessment and imaging.
