Smile makeovers for Richmond patients
A smile makeover is not one treatment. It is alignment, whitening, bonding, veneers and restorative work sequenced in the right order for your teeth. Patients from Richmond, Richmond Hill and East Sheen are seen at 2 London Road, Twickenham — ten minutes by car or a short hop on the 490 and R68.

Who it suits
Most makeovers use two or three treatments, not ten. The plan starts with health and position, then colour, then shape — in that order, because doing it the other way around wastes money.
How treatment works
A full examination, photographs and scans. We look at gum health, bite and wear before discussing appearance at all.
A written, staged plan with costs, showing what happens first, what it achieves, and what could be stopped at each stage.
A digital design or trial smile so you see and approve the proposed result before irreversible work begins.
Treatment is completed in sequence, then held — retainers, a nightguard where needed, and regular hygiene to protect the investment.

Common questions
It depends entirely on which treatments the plan includes. You receive a written, itemised plan at the consultation, and our individual treatment fees are published on the fees page so nothing is hidden.
A bonding and whitening makeover can be finished within a month. If alignment is part of the plan, expect six to eighteen months before the cosmetic stage begins — moving teeth first almost always gives a better and more conservative result.
Yes, and many patients do. The plan is written so each stage stands on its own and you can pause between them.
It should not. Shade, texture, length and proportion are chosen to suit your face and age. The intention is that people notice you look well, not that you have had dentistry.
