2 London Road, Twickenham, London TW1 3RY · +44 7356 215372
Who it suits
Many people manage well with time, a stop signal and clear explanations. Sedation may help when anxiety remains severe or a longer procedure would otherwise be difficult to tolerate.

How treatment works
The first visit can remain an examination and conversation. We learn triggers, priorities and what control looks like for you.
Medical history, medicines, treatment needs and suitability are reviewed before sedation is offered.
You receive fasting, escort and recovery instructions. A responsible adult must follow the agreed arrangements.
The visiting sedationist monitors you while the dentist treats. You recover under supervision and must not drive or make important decisions afterwards.
Fees
IV sedation is charged in addition to the dental treatment. Suitability, the treatment fee and escort requirements are confirmed before the appointment.

Why choose us
How long it has been and why you are anxious changes how we plan the visit, never how you are treated.
We also discuss non-sedation approaches and only recommend IV sedation after individual assessment.
